Men vs Women Challenge
The team at Basis (makers of the most advanced health tracker in the world to improve your activity, sleep and stress levels), thought we'd have some fun this Halloween. To see how cool people were under pressure, we measured their heart rate using a Basis band as they reacted to the scariest insects and snakes in the world. For bonus points, we challenged men and women to keep their heart rate under 90bpm. Who do you think won?
